RECRUITMENT DAY

On Sat 4^th Mar we will run our first recruitment day for the Motorclub, aimed at the youth in the area. It will be hosted in Rainey, Magherafelt from 1-5pm. On the day there will be representatives from MMP, Omagh College, PSNI and Road Safety. There will also be an opportunity to see what roles are available in motorsport, encompassing navigation, timekeeping, marshalling etc. Please spread the word and bring along your teenagers on the day to see how they can get involved in the sport.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Once again I am delighted to welcome Caulfield Insurance back as sponsors of our club championship. This year there are 6 rounds and if you register and compete in one of the first two rounds you will be entered into a draw to win a free entry into TOUR OF THE SPERRINS

We have also modified the marshalling requirement for the championship. It is compulsory to marshal once, on an event run by us, Mid Antrim or Omagh in order to be eligible for awards at the end of the year. However if you marshal on two events you will be rewarded with 10 bonus points. The next round of the championship will be on 25^th Mar. QUARRY SPRINT

 This year sees the introduction of a new venue for us in the form of Bradley’s Quarry. The 2^nd round of the club championship will run on 25^th Mar. MEETINGS

Monthly club meetings are held on the first Mon of the month in Walsh’s Hotel Maghera 9pm. The next club meeting will be held on Mon 6^th Mar and there will be a quiz afterwards.
